Initial Planning and Brief
This initial stage of the project is extremely important and can set the tone of how the overall project will play out. We take the time upfront to understand the needs and expectations of the client. At this stage we have the ability to implement a design team to put together the required design documentation or alternatively work with your chosen design team.
Budget and Cost Planning
Once we have design documentation, we are then able to provide detailed pricing and cost planning. It is in this scenario where value can be found for the client as we utilise our expertise to provide cost savings and potential alternatives to achieve a desired budget.
We provide a highly detailed BOQ with all submissions so clients have the peace of mind knowing there are no hidden costs or surprises.
Council and Regulatory Requirements
We have the expertise and team able to put together DA submissions and ensure documentation complies with all necessary regulatory and BCA requirements.
Construction and Delivery
Letting the plans come to life. This is where we pride ourselves on our actual construction delivery. We provide full time supervision to ensure projects run smoothly, while ensuring all required scheduling, cost control and program requirements are being met.
